Entrance to the festivalgrounds is free, only a ticket is needed for the main stage ‘Apollo’.
Free of charge: the stages Mondo, Intro & Mezzo, neither is a ticket required for the Movie Meeting, the Mini Meeting, brunch concerts, the festival market nor the Music Meeting terrace.
Tickets: The stage Apollo and Club ¡mm...! in the venue Doornroosje are only accessible with a valid ticket. Children under the age of 16 are entitled to free entry to the concerts in Apollo when accompanied by a paying adult.

Main Stage – Apollo
The pearls of the festival play on the main stage Apollo a large tent with seats and dance space.
Free stages
Located in the freely accessible area of the festivalgrounds are three stages: Mondo, Mezzo and Intro. More entertainment is offered, such as documentary films on music which are showed in the Movie Meeting tent. The Mini Meeting is organized specially for our youngest festivalaudience. In the late morning Brunch Concerts are presented in the adjoinging botanical garden Hortus Arcadië. Shopping oppertunities at the festivalmarket and the Music Meeting terrace with worldy food complete the festivalexperience.

Mezzo
Interviews with festivalartists take place here. Also short demonstrations, semi-acoustic concerts, networksessions and presentation are part of this stage’s program.
Intro
This is the stage for amateur musicians. Several groups of local youth have rehearsed several times to form a band-project, weeks before the festival. They will perform at Boszicht, alongside other participants of workshops lead by festival artists.
Brunch concerts
To the campers’- and musiclovers’ delight, brunch concerts were added to Music Meeting in 2009. Held in the serene settings of the adjoining botaniacl garden are semi-acoustical performances. Delicate music styles can be absorbed while consuming a filling brunch.
Club ¡mm…!
On Saturday night and Sunday night the festivities are continued in popmusic venue Doornroosje, titled as Club !mm…!.
